Using the service

You may use StayOrderly for lawful bookkeeping and business-organization purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the activity performed through your account and maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials.

Workspaces and team access

Workspace owners control invitations and member roles. Only invite people who are authorized to access the workspace. The owner is responsible for reviewing access when a person no longer needs it. Plan limits, including member limits, are shown on the pricing and billing pages.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid features require an active subscription after any trial or complimentary period ends. Prices, billing periods and renewal information are displayed before checkout. Taxes may apply depending on location. Cancellation takes effect according to the period shown in billing settings.

Your information

You retain responsibility for the business records you add. You grant StayOrderly the limited right to host, process, transmit and display that information as necessary to provide, secure and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy page.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious software, probe security controls, interfere with other users, overwhelm service infrastructure or attempt to access information without permission.

No professional advice

StayOrderly provides software for organizing information. It does not provide legal, tax, investment or professional accounting advice. You remain responsible for filings, decisions and compliance obligations and should consult a qualified professional when advice is needed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages and security events can interrupt access. Features may change as the product develops. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
