Information you provide

We process account information such as your email address, display name and authentication credentials through our authentication provider. We also process the records you add to a workspace, which may include transactions, accounts, contacts, invoices, bills, budgets, reminders, calendar entries, attachments and settings.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide workspace features, calculate reports, synchronize changes, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and maintain service security. If you use optional assistant features, relevant workspace context may be processed to produce the requested result.

Service providers

StayOrderly relies on service providers for cloud hosting, database and authentication services, payment processing, email delivery and related infrastructure. These providers process information to perform services on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.

Payments

Payment details are handled by the payment processor. StayOrderly stores billing identifiers, plan status and subscription periods needed to manage access, but does not need to store full payment-card numbers.

Retention and deletion

Workspace information is retained while an account or workspace remains active and as needed for security, support, legal or billing purposes. Workspace owners can use available account controls or contact support to request deletion, subject to applicable obligations and necessary backup retention periods.

Security and access

We use account-based access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect workspace information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong unique password and limit workspace invitations to people who should have access.

Your choices

You may review or update account and workspace information in the service. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information.
